Rugby in Budapest

Over 100 people, veteran players, guests and supporters, spent the rainy 1st May  enjoying the "attractivnes of Rugby Over 35s", this time in Budapest.

Four teams Kirkcaldy Zinkari (Scotland)/AJC Perpignan (France), Old Streetonians (England), Budapest Kosok and Old Boys Hungary took part.

The Tournament was in fact "measuring the strenght" between the Hungarians and the visitors that ended with their "small advantage on the field", but the third-half was without any doubt in favour of the home sides . . . as the organisers of this EVRA European Series tournament they had served Hungarian gulash cooked at the "pitch side" (and enabled the watch into the "secreties") with "some" beer and palinka.
