Valentino Savio, veteran rugby player of Highlanders Zero11 Old Rugby Club (near Torino) created the website www.oldrugbyclub.it at the beginning of 2008 with the intention to create and publish all news related to Old Rugby activities in Italy.
In a short time this original idea become the point of reference for Veteran Rugby in whole Italy...
Since now the www.oldrugbyclub.it is the “Italian reference” for Veteran Rugby in Europe too.
Old Rugby Club Italia became EVRA Partner with mutual linking and exchange of “veteran news” between Italian Old Rugby clubs and the veteran clubs in Europe...
It is for sure that the Valentino´s Club - Highlanders Zero11 will join EVRA European Series 2013 with their traditional Veteran Tournament Memorial “Furio Mantelli” – more at info[aet]rugbyoldzeroundici.it and so contribute to the further Old Rugby development.

It was the beginning of January 2011 when our website, created by EVRA webmaster Dirk Grimminger (Germany), had started.
Today, only two years later the number of hits reached 250.000!
Visiting tendency was continuously “going up” thanks to the activities of our members and supporters, as well as to the interest out of Europe.
