THE INTEREST GROWS...
After 68 different events in 2013 as the part of Licor Beirao European Series, the year 2014 started very well. 34 tournaments are already now the part of EVRA European Series under the sponsorship of Licor Beirao from Portugal.
The interest to join European Veteran rugby activities is obviously growing.
New destinations like Zlin (Czech Republic), Malmö (Sweden), Ravenna, Roma, Ascoli (Italy), Oropesa del Mar, Algeciras (Spain), Moita (Portugal), Konstanz (Germany), Chisinau (Moldova) and Sotchi – the place of Winter Olympic Games ,Yoshkar – Ola, Anapa, Kazan (all Russia) are inviting you to “discover some other Vetaran rugby experiences”...
Some clubs, like in Zlin and Malmö include their veteran tournament as the part of the anniversary programmes, celebrating 70th year of the continuous existence in Zlin and Malmö that is approaching their 60th anniversary this autumn.
Or, for example RC Konstanz that is preparing the first ever Wheelchair Rugby tournament as the part of European Series in September.
You and your Club are invited to join EVRA European Series and so contribute also this year to the further development of veteran sports – Rugby in Europe.
