The homeland of William Web Ellis, who started our Game in 1823, is organising again the Rugby World Cup, aiming that their team this time reaches at Twickenham the "top of the World".
European Veteran Rugby Association - EVRA, Farnham RUFC (Jonny Wilkinsons first club) with support of RFU is organising European Festival for rugby veterans at the start of the RWC.
Farnham Festival 2015 will be the peak of the veteran rugby activities in Europe - Licor Beirao Series. In 2014 there were 58 events in 17 European countries . . . Italy, the strongest EVRA member, was the country with the most veteran tournaments (20) organised, but Le Independants BRC (France) gathered in Beauvais 17 teams from Belgium, England, Hungary, Scotland, Wales and France, organising the most international European Series event 9° Tournoi international Veteran Rugby "Challenge Jean -Paul Chéron" So the French "won" Licor Beirao Award for 2014 . . .
Use the RWC year that also your Club join European Series with the Tournament of your own . . .
