THE FIRST EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING HELD IN PANCEVO (Serbia)
Executive Board also decided to establish "E.V.R.A. Selection“ - combined team to take part at National and European festivals, as well as on the occasions of important rugby celebrations in member countries.
In the same time Executive Board accepted Italian proposal that up to five players from E.V.R.A. country members can be invited to play for F.V.G. Veteran Selection when taking part in the realisation of cooperating programme between Italy and south-east European countries.
The first E.V.R.A. Selection with players from Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Ireland (guest player), Portugal, Serbia and Slovenia at Pancevo Tournament, with Elio De Anna (EVRA Vice-President), Claudio Da Ponte (EVRA Press-Officer) and Marko Protega (EVRA Secretary, as the "Coach“). Team was captained by Jorge de Herédia, former Portuguese International player from Cascais.
