EVRA had proclaimed the year 2014 at the year of support to the Sport for disable people and again the Town of Fontanafredda and the Tournament organiser Claudio da Ponte were the first to organise the Wheel Chair Rugby Tournament with the participation of six National teams from Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Russia, Switzerland and Italia.

For the ninth time South Italy Old Rugby and its Manager Nino Puleo have organised in Catania (Sicily) Veteran Rugby Tournament with the participation of teams of Old Villa Pamphili (Lazio, Roma), Old Rugby Messina, Old Rugby Cosenza, Old Rugby Enna, Old Rugby Puglia, Old Rugby Ragusa and of course the home team of CUS Catania.
VETERAN RUGBY IN THE CITY OF NERO
In the Roman times Rugby was not played, of course... but nowadays the “successors” in Rome are very active organising and playing at different veteran tournaments, known as the part of EVRA LICOR BEIRAO European Veteran Series.
